On the Church

Horton has finished his 4 volume systematic theology with this incredible book on ecclesiology. I have dipped into it a bit and can tell you that it is certainly worth purchasing and reading. I will give a more thorough review of it when I have read it all.

Have you been through the other volumes? I’m curious about the set. Not like I’m short of systematics, but I like Horton’s general style. Will WTS offer them as a set?

I don’t know. Maybe. I found the set invigorating, but extremely difficult. Horton is no easy read when it comes to this set. I have read volume 3 and a bit of volume 1. It is well worth having and reading, in my opinion, as Horton deals with many issues other Reformed authors don’t seem to be touching.
