Out a bit early (and I don’t mind one bit!)

This book was supposed to come out in October. It is now available, and it is a very timely tome.

from what I’ve heard of Clark and what I can tell, I’m wondering if us Reformed baptists or if members of a Sovereign Grace church will be able to take much away from it? Just a thought.

Thanks for the heads-up, Lane. I’ve been looking forward to this coming out. I just ordered it.

My wife is going to kill me. Oh well I am sure Dr. Clark’s book will be worth it.

I’ve read the early manuscripts. It’s incredible!

For everyone who would call themselves “Reformed” this is a book to buy, linger over, pray through, and enjoy!

    Hi Fusion,

I hope that folks from a variety of traditions can benefit from it.

Let me ask a question: Do you think that you should only read books with which you expect to agree?

    Ordered it.

    WTS books told me:

    “(You Save $8.00)”

Not really, not after you include their rather high shipping charges.

I get free two-day shipping with Amazon. At the end of the day, WTS books was cheaper, but by about 30 cents.

Anyway, looking foreward to reading it.

    Dr. Clark,

My copy showed up today. Nobody better bother me tomorrow…

Thanks for taking the time to write what looks like an interesting and profitable book.

Paul, you avoid the high shipping charges if you order $35 worth of books or more. Then it is a flat shipping rate of $4 per order, which winds up crushing the competition.

    Lane,

I know, but I didn’t want to order $35 worth of books. :-) I just got done ordering a couple hundred worth from Amazon and it was pushing it getting this one.

But, yes, if I did a bulk purchase I can see the discount. But, with Amazon, I get free shipping and two day delivery. So that’s a good incentive to order from them. Plus they haved almost everything, especially in fields I’m interested in.

I just thought it funny that they told me how much I “saved,” when, in reality, I didn’t really save that much.

It’s also a shame that their philosophy and apologetics section is so meager, otherwise I’d order a lot more from there.

    Dr.Clark,
Indeed, we should read what our Refomed elders have to say. I guess I’ll have to get your book before I can say where many of us would or would not disagree.
