New Commentary on Jonah

Jonah is one of my favorite books of the Bible, and this author is one of my favorite authors. The combination is sure to be good.

Ferguson is one of my favorite authors, too. His book on Ecclesiastes was very good (although the cover was truly ugly!). And, by coincidence, I posted a quote from the Rev. Hugh Martin’s (1822-1885) commentary on Jonah (published in 1866) at my “Reiterations” blog just before reading your post. Great minds think alike!
